Alarms are triggered for a variety of reasons and not always because of an attempted break in. Current legislation means that, on activation, an alarm cannot ring for more than twenty minutes and must not re-arm itself. Key holders must be able to reach the premises within this time frame. This is not always possible or convenient for the client. We can remove this problem by offering a secure Key Holding and First Respondent if your alarm becomes activated.

Our guards will attend the premises and assess the reason for the activation. Based on their assessment, they will either reset the alarm or contact the relevant emergency service as deemed necessary. They will remain on site until the premises are secure or until a representative of the business attends and assumes responsibility.
